关于地图
Antiparos Map Poster & Print
Antiparos lies immediately southwest of Paros, separated by a strait so narrow that small ferries cross it in minutes. The island is long and slim, running roughly north to south, with a low, indented coastline and a hilly interior. Most of its life gathers at the northern end, in the village of Antiparos, also called Kastro.
The village grew around a Venetian-era castle, and its oldest houses still form a defensive square with the church at the centre. Inland to the south lies the island's cave, known for its stalactites and visited since antiquity. Off the southwest coast, the islet of Despotiko holds the remains of an ancient sanctuary.
An Antiparos map poster shows the strait with Paros on one side, and the long, low island stretching away to the south. The village's lanes cluster at the northern tip, a road runs down the east coast, and the western shore breaks into small coves and islets. It is a simple, elegant outline with a clear focal point.

Paros strait
A narrow channel separates Antiparos from Paros, crossed by frequent small ferries. The two coastlines nearly meet, framing the island's northern end.
Despotiko
An uninhabited islet off the southwest coast, home to an ancient sanctuary under excavation. It appears as a small separate shape close to the island's lower end.

为什么选Antiparos
一张有意义的地图
Antiparos is often the island of a slow summer or a wedding in the Cyclades. The map keeps the ferry crossing, the castle village and the coves to the south in view together.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can carry names, a date or a villa. Classic black and white suits the whitewashed village, and Sand gives the island's beaches and hills a warm, sunlit finish.
