关于地图
Bairāgnia Map Poster & Print
Bairāgnia is a town in Sitamarhi District in northern Bihar, lying close to the border with Nepal. The land here is part of the flat Gangetic plain, crossed by rivers that come down from the Himalayan foothills to the north and shift their courses over time.
From above, the town is a compact knot of streets along its main roads and railway, with farmland, ponds and small villages spread across the surrounding country. Old and current river channels leave curving marks across the plain, softening the otherwise flat, regular pattern of fields.
A Bairāgnia map poster gives a clear picture of a small town at the edge of India, shaped by trade across the border and by the rivers of the Terai. It makes a considered gift for people from Sitamarhi District and for those living far from home.

River traces
Rivers descending from the north leave winding channels and former beds across the plain, adding soft curves to an otherwise level landscape.
Fields and ponds
Around the town, small fields, village clusters and ponds create a fine, varied texture that surrounds the denser streets at the centre.
