Central road spine
The main road through Robe is the backbone of the map. Markets, shops and the densest blocks gather along it, and the street pattern loosens further out.

关于地图
Bale Robe Map Poster & Print
Robe, often called Bale Robe, is a town in the Bale Zone of Oromia in south-eastern Ethiopia. It lies on a high plateau on the northern approaches to the Bale Mountains. From above it appears as a spread of low-density blocks gathered around a main road, with farmland and open grazing ground pressing in on every side.
The town is a commercial centre for the surrounding highlands. It is also a common starting point for visitors heading to Bale Mountains National Park, known for its Afroalpine plateau and the Ethiopian wolf. The neighbouring town of Goba lies a short distance away, and the road between them makes the two a closely linked pair.
A Bale Robe map poster shows a place that is still growing: a clear central spine gives way to looser streets and then to fields. Drawn in plain lines, it keeps the scale of the highlands in view and gives the town a quiet, graphic presence on the wall.

Road to Goba
A road links Robe with nearby Goba and draws a line across the plateau between the two towns, which together serve much of the Bale Zone.
Highland farmland
Open fields and grazing land surround the built area on the high plateau, giving the edges of the map a sparse, spacious character.

为什么选Bale Robe
一张有意义的地图
Robe is a place people leave and return to, for study, work or family, and a map of it holds that sense of home. It also appeals to travellers who passed through on the way to the Bale Mountains and still remember the town.
Personalise the title and subtitle, perhaps with a family name or a year, and keep the coordinates line as a precise marker. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and download the HD files or order a printed poster.
