Riverside edge
The river bends along the edge of town, giving the map a single flowing line that contrasts with the straight streets of the urban grid.

关于地图
Balzar Map Poster & Print
Balzar lies in the north of Guayas province, in the flat, fertile lowlands that stretch inland from the Ecuadorian coast toward the foothills of the Andes. The town is a local centre for the surrounding countryside, and its map reflects a place that grew around trade, farming and the roads linking it to Guayaquil and the provinces further north.
From above, the urban area forms a fairly regular grid of blocks, with a central square and the main streets running parallel to each other. The town sits beside the river, which curves along one side and marks a clear natural boundary between the built-up area and the open land beyond.
A Balzar map poster keeps the composition simple and honest: a modest grid, the soft line of the river, and roads leading out into the flat agricultural plain. In black and white, the contrast between the orderly town blocks and the looser rural pattern around them becomes the main subject.

Central grid
The core follows a regular block pattern typical of towns on the coastal plain, laid out around a central square with streets in parallel rows.
Rural surroundings
Beyond the last blocks, the map opens into flat farmland crossed by roads and tracks, a quieter texture that frames the town at its centre.
