Soi pattern
Narrow lanes branch off the main roads like the teeth of a comb. This is a typical Thai street structure, and it gives the map a strong repeated rhythm.

关于地图
Ban Aranyik Map Poster & Print
Ban Aranyik lies on the outskirts of Phitsanulok, a provincial capital in the lower north of Thailand. The Nan River flows through the city. The land here is the flat floodplain of the central-northern region, so the map is shaped by roads, canals and property lines rather than by hills.
From above, the district combines older lanes, called soi, which branch off main roads, with newer housing estates laid out as tidy loops and rows. Between them, rice fields and ponds still appear in places, showing how recently much of this area was farmland.
A Ban Aranyik map poster records a stage in the growth of a Thai city. It shows the long main roads, the fine comb-like soi that branch from them, and the blank patches of paddy and water that are gradually filling in. Black and white turns this suburban edge into a clear pattern.

Housing estates
Planned estates add neat loops and parallel rows of streets. They form small self-contained shapes that stand apart from the older lanes.
Floodplain land
The flat terrain near the Nan River keeps the lines straight. Remaining fields and ponds leave open spaces within the built-up area.
