Old town lanes
The core is a close network of narrow, winding streets. On paper it forms the darkest and most detailed part of the composition.

关于地图
Barnagar Map Poster & Print
Barnagar is a town in Ujjain district in western Madhya Pradesh, on the Malwa plateau. The land around it is level and heavily farmed, and from above the town appears as a tight, irregular core of lanes surrounded by fields in every direction. It has the typical shape of a market town that grew slowly around its bazaar rather than following a plan.
Roads leave the centre toward nearby villages and larger towns in the district, and a railway line passes close by. These routes give the map its structure. Between them, the older streets bend and narrow, while newer neighbourhoods on the outskirts are more regular, and the change from one pattern to the other is easy to see in print.
A Barnagar map poster keeps the focus on that dense centre and the farmland around it. The black and white style suits it, because the fine texture of the old lanes contrasts with the open ground beyond. It is a modest, honest picture of a place that is well known locally and deeply familiar to the people who come from it.

Radiating roads
Routes run out from the centre toward neighbouring settlements. They divide the surrounding farmland and give the map clear direction.
Railway line
A railway passes near the town, drawn as a smooth continuous line. It contrasts with the irregular streets and anchors one side of the poster.
