关于地图
Bāruni Map Poster & Print
Bāruni lies in Begusarai district in north Bihar, on the flat, fertile plain along the Ganges. It is best known as an industrial and transport centre. On the map the town is shaped by straight railway lines meeting at a large junction, broad industrial sites and residential colonies laid out for workers, all surrounded by farmland and villages.
An oil refinery built in the 1960s, one of the earliest public-sector refineries in India, stands here, along with a thermal power station and other industries that grew up around it. The railway junction connects lines running across Bihar and beyond. The Rajendra Setu, a combined road and rail bridge over the Ganges, lies close to the town.
A Bāruni map poster shows this working landscape in clear, graphic terms: the web of railway tracks, the large, regular footprints of industrial plants and the planned township streets, set against the open Gangetic plain. It is a map for engineers, railway workers and families whose lives have been tied to the town's refinery and rail yards.

为什么选Bāruni
一张有意义的地图
For people who worked at the refinery, grew up in its township or passed through the junction countless times, this map holds a very specific memory. Its lines of track and plant give it a bold, industrial character.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line with a name, a year or the name of a colony. Choose one of five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint suits the engineering spirit of the town.
