关于地图
Chengalpattu Map Poster & Print
Chengalpattu lies about 55 kilometres south-west of central Chennai, along the Grand Southern Trunk Road. From above, the town's streets gather between road and railway, with the wide water surface of Kolavai Lake on its eastern side. Rocky hills rise from the surrounding plain. To the south, the broad, sandy bed of the Palar River crosses the district.
Chengalpattu is an important railway junction on routes to Chennai, Arakkonam and the south. It has been the headquarters of its own district since that district was separated from Kanchipuram in 2019. The town once had a fort that played a part in the colonial wars of the Carnatic. Today its medical college and government offices make it a regional centre.
A Chengalpattu map poster shows how water, rail and road shape the town. There is the large lake outline, the curve of the railway lines and the main trunk road carrying traffic to and from Chennai. Small rocky rises dot the terrain. It is a good choice for people who studied, worked or grew up here as the city spread south.

为什么选Chengalpattu
一张有意义的地图
Chengalpattu is where many people began a medical career, a job in Chennai's growing southern suburbs or a family home near the lake. A map of the town marks that chapter without being sentimental.
Set your own title, add a subtitle such as a college batch year, and keep or edit the coordinates. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Printed posters come on matte paper with an optional wooden frame.
