关于地图
Comalapa Map Poster & Print
Comalapa, often called Frontera Comalapa, is a town in southeastern Chiapas close to Mexico's border with Guatemala. It lies in a broad valley between mountain ranges. The map shows a town that has grown along its main roads, with a denser grid near the centre and looser blocks stretching toward farmland and low hills.
The Pan-American Highway crosses the region toward the border crossing at Ciudad Cuauhtémoc, and much of the town's life is tied to that route through trade, transport and movement between the two countries. On a print, the highway is the clearest line. The town's streets gather beside it, and minor roads lead off into the surrounding countryside.
A Comalapa map poster shows a frontier town, not a tourist destination. It suits people from the town and the surrounding municipality, families with ties on both sides of the border, and travellers who have taken this road between Mexico and Central America and remember stopping here.

Central grid
Near the centre, the streets form a fairly regular grid. This denser pattern stands out against the looser, more irregular outer districts.
Valley and hills
Farmland spreads across the valley floor, and hills rise toward the edges. The open, textured space frames the town on the poster.

为什么选Comalapa
一张有意义的地图
Border towns hold many personal stories of arrival, departure and return. The title, subtitle and coordinates line can hold a family name, a date or a short phrase, so the map becomes something private.
There are five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. The $9 digital set covers six print sizes, from 30×40 cm to 24×36″, as watermark-free 300 DPI PNG and PDF files. Printed matte posters are also available from partners in 30+ countries.
