关于地图
Hondarribia Map Poster & Print
Hondarribia sits at the mouth of the Bidasoa river, where Spain meets France on the Bay of Biscay. On a map the estuary is the defining shape: the Bay of Txingudi, with Hendaye on the opposite shore. The Spanish and French towns face each other so closely that they read as one composition divided by the border.
The old town stands on a rise, still enclosed by its fortified walls. A tight pattern of narrow streets leads up to the castle of Charles V, now a parador. Below it, the fishermen's quarter of La Marina spreads in a looser pattern toward the harbor and the beach. The runway of San Sebastián Airport cuts a straight line along the estuary.
To the west, the slopes of Mount Jaizkibel rise straight from the sea and frame the town against the Atlantic. A Hondarribia map poster, known in Spanish as Fuenterrabía, brings together walls, estuary, border and coast. It is a small map with an unusual amount of detail.

Bay of Txingudi
The Bidasoa estuary opens into a wide bay shared with Hendaye. This broad body of water marks the French border and fills much of the frame.
Airport runway
The airport's single straight runway runs along the estuary shore. Its clean geometric bar contrasts with the old town's irregular medieval streets.

为什么选Hondarribia
一张有意义的地图
Hondarribia is a place people return to for summers, weddings or simply for the food, and the map holds all of it in one frame. With France across the water, the design has an unusual balance, and it looks good at larger sizes.
Personalize the title in Basque or Spanish, add a subtitle with a date, and keep the coordinates line or edit it. Choose from five styles, including Classic black & white and Blueprint. Order it as $9 HD files or as a framed or unframed matte print.
