The river winds through the village, and most streets follow its course, giving the map a strong east–west direction along the valley.

关于地图
Klingenstein Map Poster & Print
Klingenstein is part of the town of Blaustein, just west of Ulm, where the Blau river cuts through the edge of the Swabian Jura. On a map the settlement follows the valley, with streets running parallel to the river and climbing up the side slopes. Woodland covers the higher ground on both sides.
Above the village stand the remains of Klingenstein Castle, which gives the place its name. The valley has long served as a route between Ulm and the Jura, and roads and a railway line follow the river through the narrow landscape.
A Klingenstein map poster shows how strongly the terrain shapes the village: a line of streets pressed into the valley floor, the curving thread of the Blau, and the green slopes rising on either side. It is a small, focused map with a clear sense of direction.

Wooded slopes
Forest covers the valley sides, leaving wide open areas on the map around the narrow built-up strip along the river.
