Small central grid
The centre of Mambuk is a compact set of streets and blocks. On the poster it reads as a dense patch of lines surrounded by open space.

关于地图
Mambuk Map Poster & Print
Mambuk is a town in the Benishangul-Gumuz region of western Ethiopia, in the lowlands that slope from the Ethiopian highlands toward the Sudanese border. This is a sparsely built part of the country, and the town appears on the map as a modest cluster of streets set in a much larger open landscape.
The region is part of the wider Blue Nile basin, and seasonal rivers and streams cross the surrounding land. From above, the town's plan is simple: a small grid of roads and tracks around the centre, with a few routes leading out toward outlying settlements and the rest of the region.
A Mambuk map poster is a quiet way to mark a place that rarely appears on printed maps. It works best for people with personal ties to the town, such as those who were born there, worked there, or have family in western Ethiopia, and want a clear record of its streets.

Routes outward
A few roads and tracks lead out of town across the lowlands and connect Mambuk to villages and larger towns in the region. They give the map its main directional lines.
Open lowland setting
The land around Mambuk is lightly built. A lot of empty space surrounds the town, so its small footprint stands out clearly in the finished frame.

为什么选Mambuk
一张有意义的地图
Maps of small towns in western Ethiopia are hard to find, which is exactly why this poster matters to the people who know Mambuk. It can mark a birthplace, a posting or a family home far from where the poster ends up hanging.
Add your own title and subtitle, perhaps in Amharic transliteration or with a family name, adjust the coordinates line, and choose a style: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
