Historic centre
An irregular knot of streets around the mosque and bazaar forms the heart of the map, in contrast to the straighter roads of later neighbourhoods.

关于地图
Merzifon Map Poster & Print
Merzifon lies in Amasya Province in northern Turkey, on a wide, fertile plain at the foot of the mountains that rise toward the Black Sea region. From above, the town has a compact centre of older streets that gradually opens into newer neighbourhoods and then into fields.
The oldest part of the town clusters around its historic mosque and market area, where the street pattern is irregular and dense. Around it, later development follows straighter roads, and major routes lead out across the plain toward Amasya, Çorum and the coast, giving the map a strong structure.
Merzifon is known as the birthplace of Kara Mustafa Pasha, the Ottoman grand vizier, whose mosque complex still stands in the town centre. A Merzifon map poster captures the town's compact core, its surrounding neighbourhoods and the open plain that frames it.
