关于地图
Nampundwe Map Poster & Print
Nampundwe is a town in Zambia's Central Province, west of the capital, Lusaka. It grew up around a mine that has been part of the country's mining industry, and its layout reflects that origin. It is a planned settlement of residential streets and service roads, surrounded by wide stretches of bush and farmland. On a map, it appears as a small, self-contained cluster in open country.
Mining towns like this often have a more regular pattern than older settlements, with housing laid out in rows along straight or gently curving roads. Beyond that core, tracks and paths spread outward to villages and fields. They thin out gradually into the high plateau country that covers much of central Zambia, where settlement is sparse.
A Nampundwe map poster is a spare, quiet image: a handful of streets, the outline of industrial ground and a lot of white space around them. That emptiness is part of its character. It shows clearly how a small working community sits within the much larger landscape of the Zambian plateau.

为什么选Nampundwe
一张有意义的地图
For people who lived or worked in Nampundwe, including mining families who later moved on to other towns, a map is a lasting record of a close-knit place. Its sparse lines make a calm, minimal print for a home or office.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for instance with the years you lived there, and choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. The $9 HD files cover six sizes, and printed posters are shipped from partners in over 30 countries.
