关于地图
Nawá Map Poster & Print
Nawá lies on the Hauran plain in southern Syria, a broad volcanic plateau of dark basalt soil. The land is open and gently rolling, and from above the town appears as a compact cluster of streets with roads leading out across farmland toward neighbouring towns.
Nawá is an ancient settlement, and it is known as the birthplace of the thirteenth-century scholar Yahya ibn Sharaf al-Nawawi, whose works on hadith and law remain widely read across the Muslim world. His name, al-Nawawi, comes from the town itself.
A Nawá map poster shows a place with long roots on open land. The older core is dense and irregular, while newer streets spread outward in a looser pattern. Around it, the plain opens up, crossed by roads and field boundaries. The composition is quiet and grounded, fitting for a town of such age.
