Roadside settlement
Houses and shops line the main roads in long ribbons, so the town's shape follows its routes rather than a single dense centre.

关于地图
Ngoro Map Poster & Print
Ngoro lies in Jombang Regency in East Java, on the fertile plains of the Brantas river basin. Like many Javanese towns, it is less a compact city than a string of neighbourhoods and villages connected by roads. From above, houses line the main routes, while rice paddies, sugarcane fields and canals fill the land between them.
Irrigation is central to the region's agriculture. On a map, canals and field channels appear as straight or gently curving lines that divide the landscape into a regular patchwork. Small mosques, markets and schools mark the busier junctions, where the street network briefly becomes denser.
A Ngoro map poster translates this rural-urban mix into a subtle pattern of lines. The main roads carry the structure, the villages form small clusters along them, and the canals add a fine secondary rhythm. It is a gentle, unpretentious image of everyday Java.

Irrigation canals
Canals and field channels divide the surrounding farmland, drawn as fine lines that create a quiet geometric pattern on the poster.
Village clusters
Smaller villages and kampung appear as compact groups of lanes set among the fields, connected to Ngoro by narrow local roads.
