Temple grounds
The Parabrahma temple occupies an open area rather than a large built structure, appearing on the map as a notable clearing within the surrounding streets.

关于地图
Ochira Map Poster & Print
Ochira lies in the north of Kollam district in Kerala, on the low coastal plain between the Arabian Sea and the inland hills. From above the landscape is soft and green, with houses scattered among coconut palms, small paddy fields and ponds, and roads that meander rather than run in straight lines.
The town is known for the Ochira Parabrahma temple, a shrine without an idol or a conventional temple building, where worship takes place in an open grove. It draws large crowds for Ochirakali, a festival that includes a staged mock battle in the fields nearby.
An Ochira map poster reflects the dispersed settlement pattern typical of Kerala. There is no dense grid, but instead a web of lanes connecting houses and compounds, with the main road crossing through and water shapes adding darker marks across the frame.

Dispersed lanes
Narrow lanes wind between houses and gardens, a Kerala pattern where town and countryside blend and the map shows a soft, even texture.
Water and paddy
Ponds, channels and paddy fields surround the town, forming irregular dark shapes that break up the fine network of roads and paths.

为什么选Ochira
一张有意义的地图
Ochira holds special meaning for families from Kollam and for those who return each year for the festival. A map of the town keeps home and tradition in view, especially for people working in the Gulf or elsewhere.
Add a title, subtitle and coordinates line in Malayalam or English. Choose from Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand for the finish.
