BR-101 corridor
The federal highway runs the length of the municipality, and much of the city grew along it. On the map it shows as a strong line with neighbourhoods clustered on either side.

关于地图
Palhoça Map Poster & Print
Palhoça lies on the mainland south of Florianópolis, across the narrow waters that separate Santa Catarina Island from the coast. It is part of Greater Florianópolis. On a map its built-up areas run along the shore of the southern bay and along the BR-101 highway, which crosses the municipality from north to south. Behind them, the land rises into forested hills and mountains.
A large part of the municipality belongs to the Serra do Tabuleiro State Park, one of the largest protected areas in Santa Catarina. It gives the southern and western parts of the map a wide, unbuilt texture. The Pedra Branca district stands out in contrast: a planned neighbourhood developed around a university campus, with a denser and deliberately compact street layout.
Further south, the coast opens onto beaches such as Pinheira and Guarda do Embaú, where a river meets the sea beside a sandbar and surfers gather. A Palhoça map poster can focus closely on the urban centre, or widen out to include the coastline, the mangroves and the channel facing the island.

Serra do Tabuleiro
Forested slopes of the state park cover much of the land to the south and west. They make a large, calm area on the poster that contrasts with the dense streets near the bay.
Guarda do Embaú
A beach where the Madre River curves around a sand spit before it reaches the Atlantic. The meeting of river and ocean makes a graceful shape along the southern coast.

为什么选Palhoça
一张有意义的地图
Many people move to Palhoça for the space and for easy access to both the state capital and the southern beaches. A map of it records that balance between city, highway, hill and shore. It suits a new home or a summer spent by the coast.
Choose the framing, then write a title, subtitle or date that makes it yours. The five styles are Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Download all six print sizes as 300 DPI PNG and PDF files for $9, or order a framed print.
