Highway through town
The main road linking Coimbatore with the towns to the east passes straight through Palladam. It is the strongest line on the map, and the town's commercial streets gather along it.

关于地图
Palladam Map Poster & Print
Palladam sits in Tiruppur district in western Tamil Nadu, on the flat, dry plain between Coimbatore and Tiruppur. From above it has no river or coastline to organise it. Roads do that job instead: a main highway runs through the centre, and smaller lanes branch off it into residential blocks. At the edges, the built-up area loosens into fields, farm tracks and clusters of village homes.
The town belongs to the Kongu region's textile belt. Powerloom weaving has long been a large part of local work, and it shows on the map in a quiet way. Workshops and houses share the same modest streets, and there is no separate industrial grid. The result is an even, fine-grained street pattern that spreads outward from the old commercial core, with no sharp boundary where it ends.
A Palladam map poster keeps that texture intact. Black lines trace the dense knot of streets around the centre, then thin out as they reach the countryside, where long rural roads point toward neighbouring towns. It is a plain, honest picture of a working place, the kind of town a map shows better than a postcard.

Weaving neighbourhoods
Palladam is a powerloom centre in the Tiruppur textile belt. Homes and small workshops sit on the same lanes, so the residential areas read as a dense, even mesh of short streets.
Open plain edges
Past the built-up area, the street pattern opens into farmland crossed by straight rural roads. On the plains of western Tamil Nadu, wind turbines are a common sight, though the poster shows only the road network.

为什么选Palladam
一张有意义的地图
People who hang Palladam on the wall usually know it well. They grew up here, worked in its textile trade, or have family on these streets. A map gives them a way to point to home without a skyline, just the roads they walked every day, drawn cleanly at a scale that fits a room.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, adding a family name or a meaningful date if you like. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Download HD files for $9 in six print sizes, or order a matte print, with an optional wooden frame, shipped from partners in over 30 countries.
