Plateau grid
The town centre follows a regular block pattern that sits comfortably on the rolling plateau, and it reads crisply against the surrounding rural land.

关于地图
Pinhão Map Poster & Print
Pinhão takes its name from the edible seed of the araucaria, the tall candelabra-shaped pine that once covered much of Paraná's southern plateau. The town sits on that high ground in the centre of the state. It is surrounded by farmland, forestry plots and the deep river valleys typical of the region.
On a map the urban area is modest and fairly regular, a grid of blocks laid out on gently undulating land. Past the last streets, rural roads spread across the municipality in long lines, following ridges and dropping toward watercourses. The contrast between the neat town and the open, varied land around it gives the composition structure.
A Pinhão map poster suits people with roots in the Paraná interior, where towns like this one grew from logging, cattle and farming. The print stays simple and exact: streets, blocks and roads, with no invented landmarks, drawn cleanly enough to fit a living room or a study.

Rural road network
Long unpaved and secondary roads run out from town across the municipality, tracing ridgelines and connecting farms spread across a wide area.
Araucaria country
The name ties the place to the araucaria pine and its seeds, a regional symbol that gives the plain map a clear story.

为什么选Pinhão
一张有意义的地图
For families who left the interior for Curitiba or further away, a map of Pinhão is a quiet link to the place where they started. It is small and precise, and a wall is a good home for it.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with a surname or the year someone was born, and pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand to suit the room.
