关于地图
Rio Azul Map Poster & Print
Rio Azul, whose name means Blue River, is a municipality in the south-central highlands of Paraná. The town is small, with a modest grid of streets at its centre and roads that soon leave the built area for farmland. The land around it rolls rather than climbs, and the map fills with country roads, field boundaries and patches of woodland.
This part of Paraná lies on the plateau where araucaria pines once dominated, and remnants of that forest still break up the fields. Rural properties spread outward in long plots, with small streams winding between them. From above, the pattern is irregular and organic, in contrast to the orderly blocks of the town centre.
A Rio Azul map poster works at two scales. Close in, it shows the compact grid where most daily life happens. In a wider framing, it shows the town as a small node in a broad farming landscape. Both views are honest portraits of a place known mainly to those who live there or grew up nearby.

Highland farm roads
Rural roads leave the town in several directions and divide the plateau into irregular farm plots. Their boundaries add a fine texture to the map.
Forest remnants
Patches of woodland, part of the araucaria forest region of southern Brazil, break up the fields and create softer, irregular shapes in the outer composition.

为什么选Rio Azul
一张有意义的地图
Many families from Paraná's interior have moved to Curitiba or further away while keeping strong ties to their hometown. A poster of Rio Azul gives those ties a physical form that fits a living room or study without looking like a souvenir.
The title, subtitle and coordinates can be edited, and the map comes in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Try a free 900 px preview, then buy the HD files for $9 or a printed poster with an optional frame.
