关于地图
Warder Map Poster & Print
Warder is a town in Ethiopia's Somali Region, in the east of the country, and serves as an administrative centre for its surrounding zone. On a map it appears as a compact settlement on a wide, dry plain, with a handful of main roads meeting near the centre and smaller streets and compounds spreading outward before giving way to open land.
The surrounding region is semi-arid, and pastoralism has long been central to life in the area. Roads connect Warder with other towns across the Somali Region, and the town serves as a local hub for trade, services and administration for a large rural hinterland.
A Warder map poster is sparse by nature. The limited number of streets, the open ground around the town and the long lines of roads leading away create a composition with plenty of empty space. For people with ties to the town, that simplicity is exactly what makes the map recognisable and personal.

Roads outward
Long routes lead away across the plain toward other towns of the region, forming clear lines against the open landscape.
Open plain
The dry, flat country around the town leaves wide blank areas on the map, giving the small street network a strong, isolated outline.
