关于地图
Yabēlo Map Poster & Print
Yabēlo lies in the Borana Zone of southern Ethiopia, on the main highway that runs south toward the Kenyan border. On the map, that road forms the town's spine, with a grid of streets on either side and roads branching out to nearby settlements. Beyond the edge of town, the landscape opens into dry savanna and scattered hills.
The town is an important centre for the Borana region, a pastoral area known for its cattle herding and traditional wells. Nearby, the Yabēlo Wildlife Sanctuary protects an area of savanna that is home to rare birds found only in this part of Ethiopia.
A Yabēlo map poster shows a compact town arranged along a long road through open country. The street grid, the highway and the tracks leading into the bush produce a simple, graphic image with lots of space around it, echoing the wide landscape of the south.

Town grid
Streets on both sides of the highway form a modest grid, the densest part of the map and the centre of daily life and trade.
Open savanna
Around the town, the network quickly thins into tracks through dry savanna and hills, leaving wide open space on the print.

为什么选Yabēlo
一张有意义的地图
Yabēlo is a place tied to family, livestock and the long road south. A map of the town makes a meaningful gift for someone from Borana or anyone who has travelled through southern Ethiopia.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be personalised, including in Amharic or Afaan Oromo. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Sand complements the dry savanna landscape especially well.
