Ye-u Map Poster
Ye-U is a town in Sagaing Region, in the central dry zone of Myanmar, north of Shwebo. The land around it is flat, open and mostly farmed. Irrigation has long been important here, and canals carry water across the plain to the paddy fields around the town.
On the map Ye-U looks like a compact town with streets gathered around the market and the main roads. Beyond it, the map becomes an even pattern of fields, canals and tracks leading to surrounding villages. There's little relief on the plain, so the water lines and roads make the drawing.
