Yunlong is one of the urban districts of Xuzhou, a major city in the north of Jiangsu Province, China. On the map it combines dense city blocks and wide modern avenues with green space. The district takes its name from Yunlong Hill, one of the low hills around Xuzhou. Yunlong Lake, a large scenic lake, lies nearby. Xuzhou itself has a very long history. It was known in ancient times as Pengcheng and is associated with the rise of the Han dynasty, whose founder came from this region.
