A dense core
At the centre, short lanes and small blocks sit tightly together, typical of an older Deccan market town. On paper this becomes the darkest, most detailed part of the print.

Mapa
Chitaguppa Map Poster & Print
Chitaguppa is a town of about 25,000 people in Bidar district, the northernmost corner of Karnataka. It sits on the Deccan plateau, where the ground is broad and gently rolling rather than steep. On a map, the town shows up as a small, dense cluster of lanes. The streets are packed closely at the centre and then run out a short distance into the surrounding fields.
Drawn in black and white, the place shows the scale of a working market town. There is no coastline and no big river to organise it. Instead, the pattern comes from roads arriving from neighbouring towns and villages and meeting in an older core, where plots are small and lanes turn often. Toward the edges the blocks grow larger and the lines spread further apart, leaving the paper quieter.
A Chitaguppa map poster keeps that contrast between the fine-grained centre and the open land around it. The frame can be set close to show individual lanes and junctions. It can also be pulled back so the town appears as one compact mark within the wider grid of farm tracks and roads that crosses this part of the plateau. Either way, the result is spare and legible, and it is drawn from the real street network.

Roads from outside
Routes from nearby towns and villages run in from several directions and meet in the middle. They give the map its main structure and show how the town connects to the district around it.
Plateau farmland
Beyond the built-up area, the Deccan plateau opens into fields crossed by thin tracks. This leaves wide, calm space around the town, and the composition feels balanced rather than crowded.
