Mapa
Dover Map Poster & Print
Dover is the capital of Delaware, in the centre of the state in Kent County. From above, the historic core is laid out around The Green, an open square dating from the colonial period, with a regular grid of downtown streets stretching north and south. The St. Jones River winds along the eastern edge of the city, and small lakes and ponds break up the suburban areas around it.
The city was laid out in the seventeenth century on a plan associated with William Penn. Dover's statehouse and legislative buildings stand near The Green. Beyond downtown, the map is shaped by two large sites: Dover Air Force Base to the southeast, with its long runways, and Dover Motor Speedway, the oval track nicknamed the Monster Mile.
A Dover map poster frames a compact capital with clear landmarks. The open square at its centre, the grid around it, the river curving along one side, and the unmistakable oval of the speedway all read clearly in black and white. It is a small city with a surprisingly legible plan.

St. Jones River
The river meanders along the east side of the city toward Delaware Bay. It adds soft curves and small lakes to the edge of the frame.
Speedway oval
The Monster Mile at Dover Motor Speedway forms a crisp oval north of downtown. It is one of the most recognisable shapes on any map of the city.

Zašto Dover
Mapa koja nešto znači
Dover means different things to different people: a state capital, a posting at the air base, a college town, a race weekend. A map poster ties those stories to real streets, and the city's clear layout gives it a strong, orderly look on the wall.
Add your own title and subtitle, edit the coordinates line, and include a meaningful date such as a graduation or a posting. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand to suit the setting.
