Henderson Map Poster & Print
Henderson sits on the south bank of the Ohio River in western Kentucky, directly across from Evansville, Indiana. The river is the defining edge of the map: the downtown grid runs right up to the water, while the Ohio sweeps past in a wide curve. To the north, the twin spans carrying US 41 cross the river toward Indiana, a strong double line on the poster.
The town has notable connections. The naturalist John James Audubon lived and ran a business in Henderson in the early nineteenth century, and the state park named after him lies just north of town. The blues composer W. C. Handy also spent formative years here, and the city marks that link with an annual music festival.
A Henderson map poster shows a classic river town plan: a regular grid of streets parallel and perpendicular to the Ohio, a riverfront park along the bank, and newer neighbourhoods spreading south and east. The wooded parkland of the Audubon site adds a soft green block to the north, balancing the tidy downtown blocks.

Twin US 41 bridges
Two parallel bridges carry US 41 across the Ohio toward Evansville, creating a distinctive paired line that crosses the water on the poster.
Audubon State Park
North of town, the park named for John James Audubon, who lived in Henderson, appears as a wooded area of trails and a small lake.
