The Tridge
At the confluence, a three-armed footbridge spans both rivers from a single central point. On the map it reads as a small Y-shaped mark, right where the two waterways join.

Mapa
Midland Map Poster & Print
Midland sits in central Michigan, where the Chippewa River flows into the Tittabawassee. From above, the joining rivers are the first thing you see. Their shared channel divides the town, and the older downtown grid lines the north bank. Farther out, the grid gives way to residential streets that curve through wooded lots. Past those, the square sections of Michigan farmland take over.
The town's story is closely tied to Herbert Dow, who founded the Dow Chemical Company here in 1897. The company is still based in Midland. That legacy shows on the map in two ways: the large industrial site along the river, and a wide, orderly spread of parks and landscaped grounds. Few towns of this size lay out so much designed green space.
A Midland map poster keeps the rivers as the main feature. Their loops, the pedestrian bridge where they meet, and the riverside trail all show up clearly in black and white. Around them, the downtown blocks and the looser suburban streets give the print a quiet balance of order and curve.

Downtown grid
A compact block pattern runs beside the river. Its regular streets contrast with the winding water to the south and the curving residential lanes to the north.
Gardens and parks
Large landscaped grounds and riverside parks leave open, lightly lined areas across the town. They soften the density of the street network and give the print breathing room.

Zašto Midland
Mapa koja nešto znači
Midland is often a place people stay connected to for decades, through work, school or family. A map of the rivers and streets they know is a steady reminder of home, whether it hangs in a hallway or an office.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with a family name or a meaningful date. The map comes in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand, so it can suit a modern room or a warmer, more traditional one.
