Mile-square grid
Major roads run north–south and east–west at regular intervals, dividing the town into large squares that give the whole map a strong, measured frame.

Mapa
Spring Valley Map Poster & Print
Spring Valley is an unincorporated town in Clark County, spreading across the Las Vegas Valley just west of the Strip. From above it is a textbook example of Southwestern planning: a grid of broad arterial roads set roughly a mile apart, and inside each square a maze of curving residential streets, cul-de-sacs and gated communities that turn inward, away from the traffic.
Unlike an older city, Spring Valley has no historic core. Its reference points are the intersections, shopping centres, schools and parks that fill the grid, with the 215 Beltway curving around the western side of the valley. Beyond the last subdivisions, the Spring Mountains and the sandstone cliffs of Red Rock Canyon close the view to the west.
A Spring Valley map poster turns that suburban pattern into something unexpectedly graphic. The straight lines of the arterials and the tight curls of the neighbourhoods read almost like a textile print, and in Blueprint or Noir the contrast is striking. For residents it is also simply home: the drive from the grocery store to the front door, drawn exactly.

Curving subdivisions
Inside each square, residential streets loop and branch into cul-de-sacs, a pattern of curls and dead ends that fills the map with fine, almost organic detail.
Toward the mountains
Development thins toward the western edge of the valley, where streets stop against open desert on the approach to the Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon.
