Mapa
Weiterstadt Map Poster & Print
Weiterstadt is a town in southern Hesse, on the flat plain of the Hessisches Ried immediately north-west of Darmstadt. It is made up of the main town and several districts, including Braunshardt, Gräfenhausen, Schneppenhausen and Riedbahn, each with its own small centre. From above, they appear as separate clusters of streets joined by roads across open fields and patches of woodland.
Its position in the Rhine-Main region gives Weiterstadt good connections. Motorways pass close by, the railway runs through, and business parks have grown along its edges. The older village centres keep their compact, irregular street patterns. Nearby forests add large, calm shapes to a landscape that is otherwise level and largely agricultural.
A Weiterstadt map poster captures this mix of village centres, newer housing and infrastructure. The old centres print as tight knots of lanes surrounded by the more regular pattern of later residential streets. Motorway and rail lines cut decisive straight strokes across the plain. It is a clear and honest picture of a town in Darmstadt's orbit.

Transport lines
Motorways and the railway cross the flat plain nearby, adding bold straight lines that contrast with the curving streets of the older neighbourhoods.
Fields and forest
Farmland and woodland fill the spaces between the districts, giving the poster generous open areas and clear separation between settlements.
