Mapa
Weston-super-Mare Map Poster & Print
Weston-super-Mare sits on the Bristol Channel coast of Somerset, spread around the broad sweep of Weston Bay. The seafront road follows the curve of the beach, and the Grand Pier reaches out into the water from the middle of it. At low tide, the sea pulls back a long way across sand and mud, since the channel has one of the largest tidal ranges in the world.
To the north, Worlebury Hill rises with woodland on its slopes, and Birnbeck Pier runs out toward a small island at the end of the headland. Behind the seafront, Victorian terraces give way to later suburbs, and the town extends inland across the flat Somerset levels.
A Weston-super-Mare map poster shows the curve of the bay, the two piers and the hill closing the view to the north. It suits people who grew up here, families who holidayed on its beach and anyone fond of English seaside towns.
