Howard is a village in Brown County, Wisconsin, lying just northwest of the city of Green Bay and reaching the shore of the bay itself. Its map combines water and suburb: a stretch of shoreline along one edge, Duck Creek winding through the village toward its mouth, and residential neighbourhoods spreading across the gently rolling land inland.
Much of Howard has grown in recent decades, and the street pattern shows it: curving roads, cul-de-sacs and loops of houses laid out around parks and ponds, with older rural roads still running in straight lines between them.
