El mapa
Norton Shores Map Poster & Print
Norton Shores sits on the eastern shore of Lake Michigan, just south of Muskegon. Its map is defined by water. The straight edge of the big lake runs along the west, and Mona Lake, a long, narrow inland lake, cuts in from the shore and reaches deep into the city. Between them, residential streets curve through wooded land and dunes.
The city is largely residential, with neighbourhoods set around the lakes and a commercial strip along the main highway corridor. Sand dunes and forest along the coast give the western part of the city a wilder look than its suburban street names would suggest.
A Norton Shores map poster works because of that interplay: the sharp line of Lake Michigan, the slender shape of Mona Lake, and the looping cul-de-sacs among the trees. In black and white the water stands out cleanly against the land, and the map reads almost like a coastal chart. It is a natural fit for anyone who spends summers on the lakeshore.

Mona Lake
A narrow lake stretching inland from the shore through the middle of the city. Its elongated outline is the map's most distinctive shape.
Curving streets
Residential roads wind around the lakes and through wooded dunes. They create a soft, looping pattern instead of a rigid grid.
