关于地图
Al ‘Awwāmīyah Map Poster & Print
Al ‘Awwāmīyah lies in Qatif Governorate in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, a short distance north of the town of Qatif and close to the shore of the Arabian Gulf. The area belongs to the Qatif oasis, one of the oldest settled farming regions on the Gulf coast. On a map, the town's streets meet the edge of the oasis, where irregular garden plots contrast with the more regular modern blocks.
The land here is low and flat, and date palms have long been cultivated with water from springs and wells. From above, the palm groves show as a soft mass of small, uneven plots crossed by narrow tracks. Main roads link the town with Qatif, Safwa and the larger cities of Dammam and Al Khobar farther south along the coast.
A Al ‘Awwāmīyah map poster brings together these different textures: the planned streets of newer districts, the older, irregular fabric near the oasis and the smooth line of the coast to the east. In black and white, the relationship between town, farmland and sea becomes the main subject of the design.

为什么选 Al ‘Awwāmīyah
一张有意义的地图
For families from Al ‘Awwāmīyah and the Qatif area, the map is a way to keep the familiar outline of home close, with its streets, gardens and nearby coast. It is a considered gift for a new house or for someone living far from the Eastern Province.
You can write your own title and subtitle, including Arabic or Latin names, and adjust the coordinates line. The poster comes in five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand, with Sand echoing the colours of the Gulf coast.
