关于地图
Aurora Map Poster & Print
Aurora lies in York Region, north of Toronto, along Yonge Street, the historic road north from Lake Ontario. From above, the town's old centre is at the crossroads of Yonge and Wellington Street. Around it, a compact grid of older streets gives way to the curving crescents and cul-de-sacs of newer residential areas.
The GO train line runs north through town toward Barrie. Its station is close to the historic core and has helped Aurora grow as a commuter town. Parks, ravines and green corridors break up the residential districts, and to the north the land rises onto the Oak Ridges Moraine, where development gives way to woodland and farmland.
An Aurora map poster captures the typical contrast in southern Ontario between the straight concession roads and the organic curves of modern subdivisions. The centre's small grid, the rail line and the stream valleys all give it a map with more character than the word suburb suggests.

Concession grid
Straight roads laid out in the survey pattern of rural Ontario frame the town, with curved subdivision streets filling the squares between them.
Green corridors
Ravines, trails and parks run through residential districts and show as soft, open ribbons between the tightly packed street patterns.

为什么选 Aurora
一张有意义的地图
Aurora is often the place where families put down roots: a first house, school runs and weekends on the trails. A poster of its streets marks that chapter and makes a thoughtful housewarming gift.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, then choose from five styles. Printed posters come on matte paper with an optional wooden frame, and the $9 digital set includes 18×24″ and 24×36″ sizes.
