Kamala Bay
The beach forms a wide, smooth arc facing the Andaman Sea. It gives the poster a clear coastline, with open water filling the west.

关于地图
Ban Kamala Map Poster & Print
Ban Kamala sits on the west coast of Phuket in southern Thailand, around a broad bay on the Andaman Sea. A long sandy beach runs along the shore, and the village spreads back from it across a narrow coastal plain toward green hills. On a map the curve of the bay is the dominant shape.
The coastal road connects Kamala with Patong to the south and Surin to the north, climbing over the headlands on each side. A Ban Kamala map poster shows how the streets fill the level ground between those ridges and then stop where the slopes begin.
The village was badly damaged in the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami and has since been rebuilt. Today it combines a local community with resorts and holiday homes. The large Phuket FantaSea cultural park is also here, and its site shows up as a distinct block inland from the beach.

Headland roads
The coastal road winds over the ridges at each end of the bay and makes curving lines that frame the village on both sides.
Hills behind
Wooded slopes rise just inland, and the built-up area stays on the narrow flat ground. On the map this creates a clear edge.

为什么选 Ban Kamala
一张有意义的地图
Many people keep Kamala in memory as the place of a long holiday, a honeymoon or a winter spent away. A map of the bay turns those weeks into something that stays on the wall at home.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be personalised with names, dates or a short phrase. Choose one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
