关于地图
Bhavāni Map Poster & Print
Bhavāni is a town in the Erode district of Tamil Nadu, built where the Bhavani river flows into the Kaveri. That meeting of waters shapes everything on the map: the town spreads along the banks and gathers towards the confluence, while bridges carry roads across to Kumarapalayam on the far side of the Kaveri. The rivers, wide and braided in places, form the strongest lines in the composition.
At the confluence stands the Sangameswarar temple, a pilgrimage site where the meeting of the rivers holds religious meaning, and many visitors come to bathe there. The town is also known for Bhavani jamakkalam, woven cotton carpets and durries with a protected geographical indication. Weaving has long been part of local life, and small workshops sit among the residential streets.
A Bhavāni map poster frames the confluence at its centre, with the two rivers entering from different directions and joining in a broad sweep. The street network fills the angle between them, dense near the temple and looser towards the edges. It is an image of a town defined by the place where rivers become one.

Sangameswarar temple
The temple compound sits near the river meeting point, its enclosure forming a compact block within the surrounding streets and drawing pilgrims throughout the year.
Bridges over the Kaveri
Road bridges link Bhavāni with Kumarapalayam across the river, drawing thin lines over the wide water and showing how closely the two towns are connected.
