关于地图
Borivli Map Poster & Print
Borivli is a suburb in the north of Mumbai, and its map is defined by two strong edges. To the east, the dense streets stop at Sanjay Gandhi National Park, a large forested area that covers the hills. To the west, the land extends toward the creeks and mangroves around Gorai, where the city meets tidal water.
Between these two edges, the Western Railway line and the Western Express Highway run north to south, and most of the neighbourhood's streets connect to them. Borivli station is a busy suburban rail hub, and the area around it has the densest street pattern.
Inside the national park, the Kanheri Caves are a group of Buddhist rock-cut caves carved over several centuries, reached by a road through the forest. The park itself is one of the few large protected forests inside a major city. A Borivli map poster shows the dense suburb pressed between green hills and the western waterways.
