Candeias River
The river runs along the edge of the town, a winding natural line that contrasts with the straight roads and sets the western character of the map.

关于地图
Candeias do Jamari Map Poster & Print
Candeias do Jamari is a town in northern Rondônia, a short distance from the state capital, Porto Velho. It stands beside the Candeias River, and the wider municipality is named after the Jamari River basin. On the map the river is the strongest natural line, curving past the edge of the town.
The town has a fairly regular layout of blocks built along and near the federal highway that links it to Porto Velho. This road cuts a firm straight stroke through the composition, while the residential streets run out from it in a simple grid that fades into cleared land and forest.
A Candeias do Jamari map poster shows a young Amazonian town growing between a river and a road. The contrast between the orderly blocks, the long highway and the looser shapes of water and green space gives the print a clear, uncluttered character.

Highway corridor
The main highway toward Porto Velho passes through the town as a long straight line, and much of the settlement is arranged along and around it.
Simple street grid
Residential blocks follow a mostly rectangular pattern, typical of towns planned in the Amazon region, with edges that loosen as they meet open land.
