关于地图
Dionísio Cerqueira Map Poster & Print
Dionísio Cerqueira sits in the far west of Santa Catarina, at a point where three urban areas meet: Dionísio Cerqueira itself, Barracão in the state of Paraná, and Bernardo de Irigoyen in Argentina. The borders here are dry land rather than rivers, so on a map the three towns merge into one continuous street pattern.
That's the most unusual thing about the place. A street can separate two Brazilian states, and a short walk leads into Argentina. The town has long been known as a triple frontier on land, where daily life crosses boundaries all the time. Beyond the built-up area, the countryside of western Santa Catarina opens into farmland and hills.
A Dionísio Cerqueira map poster shows a single, continuous grid that actually belongs to three administrations. Nothing in the linework marks the border, which is part of the appeal: the map shows how the towns have grown into one another. It makes an interesting print for anyone who has crossed that line on foot.

Continuous urban grid
The streets flow across borders without interruption, so the map shows one connected town rather than three separate places.
Surrounding farmland
Beyond the built-up core, the landscape of western Santa Catarina opens out, with roads running into agricultural hills in several directions.

为什么选 Dionísio Cerqueira
一张有意义的地图
The town is a place where people live across borders every day, and a map shows that better than any description. For locals and for those who have passed through, it captures something genuinely unusual.
