Ponds at the centre
Water bodies near the middle of town interrupt the streets with smooth open shapes, and the surrounding roads curve to follow their shorelines.

关于地图
Dyat’kovo Map Poster & Print
Dyat’kovo lies in the north of Bryansk Oblast, in wooded country. The town is best known for glassmaking. Its crystal factory has been producing glass and crystal for more than two centuries, and Dyat’kovo crystal is a familiar name across Russia. A museum in town is devoted to the craft.
The town grew around the works and the water it needed, so ponds and a small river valley sit close to the centre. On a map the streets bend around these water bodies. Blocks of houses and apartment buildings spread outward from the older core, and the whole settlement is framed by the dark mass of the surrounding forest.
A Dyat’kovo map poster brings together water, woodland and a town that took its shape from a single industry. It makes a fitting gift for people who grew up here or worked at the factory, and for collectors who know the town from the glass that bears its name.

Crystal works
The town's long glassmaking tradition shaped its growth, and the industrial area appears as a group of larger building footprints within the streets.
Forest frame
Woodland surrounds the town on most sides, so the built-up area ends abruptly and stands out as a clearly defined island on the page.

为什么选 Dyat’kovo
一张有意义的地图
Some towns are known for a single craft, and Dyat’kovo is one of them. A map of the place pairs naturally with a piece of its crystal on a shelf, and its water shapes and edges give the print a delicate quality.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line with a family name, a year or a line of your own. Pick from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
