关于地图
Ghedi Map Poster & Print
Ghedi lies on the flat plain of Lombardy, south of Brescia, in the heart of the Po valley's farming country. From above, the town has a clear centre: a compact historic core with tightly packed streets, surrounded by newer residential areas and then by fields laid out in long, straight strips.
The surrounding landscape is crossed by irrigation channels and country roads, many running in straight lines across the plain, which gives the edges of the map a geometric order. To the south of town, the large rectangle of the Ghedi air base, a long-established Italian Air Force airfield, stands out clearly with its runway and taxiways.
A Ghedi map poster captures these contrasts: the dense older centre, the orderly farmland and the long, sharp line of the runway. It is a very different picture from the lakes and mountains to the north of Brescia, a quieter lowland scene that the monochrome map renders with clarity and a strong sense of structure.

Air base runway
The airfield south of town adds a long, straight runway and a large open rectangle, an unusual and graphic feature for a town map.
Irrigated plain
Straight country roads and canals divide the surrounding farmland into long strips, giving the outer map the order typical of the Po valley.

为什么选 Ghedi
一张有意义的地图
Ghedi is a place people know from daily life rather than postcards, and its map works well as a personal print for a family home or for someone who has moved away from Lombardy.
Change the title, subtitle and coordinates line to include your street, a family name or an important date, then choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Order it printed or download the HD files.
