Industrial park
Wide blocks and long access roads mark the huge industrial park. On the poster they form a bold, geometric area among the residential streets.

关于地图
Hauppauge Map Poster & Print
Hauppauge is a hamlet in Suffolk County in the centre of Long Island. It spans parts of the towns of Smithtown and Islip. From above, it combines two very different patterns. Curving residential streets and cul-de-sacs fill the neighbourhoods, while a large industrial park lays out broad blocks with long, straight roads.
The Hauppauge Industrial Park is one of the largest of its kind in the United States, and it defines much of the map. Suffolk County government offices are also based here. The Long Island Expressway and several state roads cross the area, and the headwaters of the Nissequogue River lie in the wooded land nearby.
A Hauppauge map poster brings out the contrast between suburban living and working landscapes. The looping streets on one side and the large-scale blocks on the other make an unusual composition. It is a very Long Island portrait of a place many people know well.

Highway corridors
The Long Island Expressway and state routes cross the hamlet. They add strong lines that frame the neighbourhoods and link them to the rest of the island.
Nissequogue headwaters
Streams that feed the Nissequogue River begin in the wooded land nearby. They appear as thin, natural lines at the edges of the map.

为什么选 Hauppauge
一张有意义的地图
Hauppauge is where many Long Islanders grew up, went to school or went to work each day. A map of its streets is a personal reminder of home, and it makes a gift for someone who has moved away.
Add your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, with a street name or a family date. Pick from five styles, from Noir to Blueprint, then order a printed poster with a wooden frame or download the files.
