Tapi valley
The town lies close to the Tapi River, one of the main rivers of western India. Its valley frames the settlement and gives the wider map a gentle slope.

关于地图
Kadod Map Poster & Print
Kadod is a town in Surat district, Gujarat, in the Bardoli area, on low ground near the Tapi River. From above, the settlement is a tight core of houses and lanes surrounded by a wide patchwork of fields. Roads lead out toward Bardoli and neighbouring villages, and the river valley shapes the land around it.
This is fertile, well-watered country, and farming dominates the map as much as the town itself. Canals, field boundaries and tracks create faint geometric patterns across the surrounding land. At the centre, the older lanes form a denser, irregular knot where most of the daily life of the town takes place.
A Kadod map poster is a portrait of a place that seldom makes it onto a map worth framing. It focuses on scale: the town is small and close-knit, and the landscape around it is broad and cultivated. In monochrome the lanes read as fine lines and the fields as quiet space, so the print looks restrained without being empty.

Compact centre
Houses and lanes cluster tightly in the middle of town, forming a dense, irregular pattern that contrasts with the open fields all around it.
Farmland pattern
Field edges, canals and tracks spread out in every direction. At poster scale they add delicate texture to the land around the town.

为什么选 Kadod
一张有意义的地图
Many families in Gujarat and across the diaspora trace their roots to towns like Kadod. A map of the place, with its lanes and its river, is a meaningful gift for an elder or a reminder of home for someone living far away.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can all be personalised, for example with a family name or a date. Choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand, depending on the room and the frame.
