Paddy mesh
Rice fields surround the town in small, bunded plots. They form an intricate pattern that fills much of the poster with fine, even detail.

关于地图
Kamalasai Map Poster & Print
Kamalasai is a district town in Kalasin province, in the Isan region of northeastern Thailand. It lies on the broad Khorat Plateau, where the land is so level that water shapes almost everything. On a map the town appears as a small, fairly compact grid, with main roads running through the centre and residential lanes branching off into the surrounding countryside.
Beyond the town, rice paddies stretch in all directions, divided by low bunds into a fine mesh of small plots. Farm ponds and reservoirs are scattered across the land, and the Chi River, one of the principal rivers of Isan, flows through the lowlands to the south, with a broad meandering course. In black and white, the fields become a delicate texture around the settlement.
Kalasin province is known for its dinosaur fossil finds and for traditions of Isan music and silk weaving. A Kamalasai map poster shows the quieter, everyday landscape of the region: a town set among its fields, drawn with the same precision as any capital.

Chi River lowlands
The Chi River meanders across the plain to the south, its wide bends and floodplain adding a soft, curving element to the composition.
Compact town grid
The town centre is a small, orderly cluster of streets. It appears as a dense node among the fields and village roads of the district.

为什么选 Kamalasai
一张有意义的地图
Many people from Isan now live in Bangkok or abroad, and a map of the home district is a simple way to keep it close. It is also a thoughtful gift for a partner's family, marking where someone's story began.
Add a name, a year or a short dedication in the title and subtitle, and edit the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Printed posters on matte paper ship from partners in more than 30 countries, with an optional wooden frame.
