关于地图
Liski Map Poster & Print
Liski lies on the Don in Voronezh Oblast, south of the regional capital, at a point where the river curves broadly through its valley. The town grew up as a railway junction, and the tracks are still one of the dominant elements of its map, fanning out into yards and crossing the Don on long bridges.
Between 1965 and 1991 the town carried the name Georgiu-Dezh, after the Romanian communist leader, before returning to Liski. The surrounding landscape is typical of the middle Don: open steppe and farmland above, wooded floodplain below, and pale chalk slopes along the valley, including the well-known outcrops at nearby Divnogorye.
A Liski map poster brings these lines together. The Don sweeps through with its oxbows and meadows, railway lines cut straight across the town in bold parallels, and residential blocks sit between them in a practical grid. It is an honest, working map, and in monochrome it has a satisfying mechanical rhythm.

Rail junction
Several lines meet at Liski, and their yards and approaches form long, straight bands through the town, the clearest expression of how the place grew.
Don crossings
Rail and road bridges span the river near the town, short strong strokes that link the two banks and anchor the composition.

为什么选 Liski
一张有意义的地图
For railway families, and for anyone who has changed trains at Liski or grew up by the Don, this map carries a very specific sense of place. It works well as a gift for parents or grandparents who have spent their lives here.
The poster can be personalised with a title, a subtitle and a coordinates line. Blueprint suits the network of tracks, Noir emphasises the river; Classic black & white, Paper and Sand are the other three styles available.
