关于地图
Mateare Map Poster & Print
Mateare lies in Managua Department in Nicaragua, a short distance west of the capital along the southern shore of Lake Managua, also called Lake Xolotlán. The town runs in a narrow band between the lake and a range of hills to the south, and on a map this position gives it a long, linear shape following the shoreline and the road toward León.
The lake dominates the northern edge of any map of Mateare, a broad surface of water extending toward the volcanoes on the far side. Across the lake to the northwest rises the cone of Momotombo, one of Nicaragua's most recognisable volcanoes. Around the town, small farms and scattered settlements fill the slopes, connected by rural roads.
A Mateare map poster is a portrait of a town shaped by water and slope. The shoreline, the main road running parallel to it and the short streets reaching toward the hills make a spare but clear composition. For families from Mateare, it captures the view that defines daily life here, with the lake always close and open.

Road toward León
The main road runs through Mateare parallel to the lake, the central line along which the town's streets and houses are arranged.
Hills to the south
Behind the town the land rises into low hills, so the built-up area remains a narrow band between slope and water.
