Main road axis
The town is organized along one main road that crosses the map. Most of the streets branch off it, which gives the poster a clear line.

关于地图
Midar Map Poster & Print
Midar is a small town in the eastern Rif of northern Morocco, in the province of Driouch. From above, it follows a main road, with streets branching off to either side and climbing gently up the surrounding slopes. Beyond the town, the land is a pattern of farm plots, dry valleys and winding rural roads.
Like many towns in the Rif, Midar has strong ties to emigration: many families have relatives in Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, and the summer months bring many visitors home. Its market brings in people from the surrounding villages and remains central to the life of the town.
A Midar map poster shows a modest, clearly structured town. The main road runs through the centre, the side streets fill out the slopes, and the land around it has the uneven texture of hill country. For those who spend summers here, it is a familiar and meaningful outline.

Hillside streets
Residential streets climb the gentle slopes around the centre. Their curves reflect the terrain and soften the layout of the town.
Rif countryside
Around the edges, winding tracks and farm roads cross hilly land, giving the poster an irregular, open texture around the town.

为什么选 Midar
一张有意义的地图
Many people hang this map in Europe, far from the town they return to each summer. It keeps Midar present all year in a calm form that fits any home.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be personalized, including in Arabic, Tamazight or a European language, and there are five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
