关于地图
Mingcun Map Poster & Print
Mingcun lies in eastern Shandong province, in a region of low, fertile plains and gentle hills. From above it looks like a compact settlement laid out along a few main streets. Newer residential and commercial blocks stand beside an older core of low buildings. Rectangular fields surround it on all sides, divided by straight farm roads and channels.
English-language sources say little about Mingcun, so its map is the best description. It shows the pattern of a rural Chinese town that has grown over recent decades: a denser centre, wider arterial roads added more recently, and villages scattered across the farmland at regular intervals.
A Mingcun map poster makes that pattern visible and personal. The strong grid of fields and roads frames the busier streets of the town. Printed in black and white, this ordered landscape becomes a calm geometric image, suitable for anyone who grew up here or still has family among these streets.

Field grid
Farmland stretches in regular rectangles around the town. Straight roads and channels divide it and create a strong pattern at the edges of the map.
Arterial roads
Wider roads connect Mingcun with nearby towns. Their straight lines cross the plain and frame the growth of new neighbourhoods.
